• Myolie likes to eat a lot when she’s upset!

• Eating two bowls of rice per meal is no problem for Myolie, and she can finish a big pot of soup in one day. Myolie has mentioned that sometimes she can eat a bowl of rice as a late night snack because she doesn’t know what full is.

• She’s good at cooking seafood, beef with vegetables and crabs. She also knows how to cook shark-fin bowl.

• Myolie has a huge appetite but still manages to stay thin no matter how much she eats! She does not like being hungry because the empty feeling inside doesn’t make her think straight.

• Myolie does not like food that is too sweet, especially the ones with too much cream. She prefers dessert such as simple cakes with more fruits.

• Her beauty tip to protect her skin is applying facial masks especially using red wines.

• Currently, Myolie lives with 9 cats at home. Myolie used to only have 3 cats at home and their names are Mei Jai, Fu Mei, and Wong Mei. “Wong” is Myolie’s Persian cat which she found 10 years ago and has been raising it ever since. The other two are her sisters’ cats.

• She studied 6 years overseas over at Belfast Methodist College, OLR in North Ireland leaving home at the age of 12 and returned to Hong Kong when she was 19.

• Myolie had many childhood dreams. She wanted to be a cashier because she wanted to control the beeping scanner! She then wanted to be a police officer because of her policeman father. Later, when she studied at university, she joined a drama club and slowly developed an interest in acting. Currently, her aspiration is to become a successful actress.

After that, Ronolie (Ron Ng & Myolie), Samolie (Sammul Chan & Myolie), Boscolie (Bosco Wong & Myolie), and Jackolie (Jack Wu & Myolie) joined in the trend.

• Myolie likes herself with short hair more than long hair.

• She wants to challenge herself in playing a deaf and mute character (if there is such a character).

• Myolie prefers young-looking type of boys but they need to be older than her.

• She loves her job as an actress, and it’s the first real job she ever had.

• During June 2006, for the filming of “To Grow With Love” (the Hong Kong version of Bridget Jones’s Diary), Myolie gained more than 40lbs for her character in the series. She went from 107lbs to 145lbs within two months. She also went on a slimming plan, and lost weight quickly a few months after filming and returned to her original size.

• Myolie doesn’t know how to swim because of an incident in water when she was six years old. When going on vacation, lying under the sun is the most that she’ll do.
