Myolie Wu works very hard, even if faces the pressure, she still goes all out equally!

Myolie Wu attended “A Chip Off The Old Block” promotional event, and this drama series will be broadcasted after “Beyond The Realm Of Conscience” which has very high ratings. Moreover it will be broadcasting during the long holidays, which may affect the ratings of the series. Female lead Myolie Wu said “We artistes do not have any control of when the series will be broadcasting.” Although it will be replacing “Beyond”, she does not feel the pressure because the storyline Is different. Myolie appeared in her retro costume for “A Chip Off The Old Block” promotional event.

Myolie Wu, Ron Ng and Sunny Chan wore the 60’s costume to attend the drama series “A Chip Off The Old Block” promotional event. This series will be replacing “Beyond The Realm Of Conscience”, and it coincides with Christmas and New Year holidays, and there is a certain pressure on the ratings. However the three leads said that they are confidence in the series.
Myolie said “We have no choice when the company arranges, the artistes have fulfilled their responsibilities. “Beyond” is a decent drama series, the audience can have a switch by watching a comedy drama series which is a good thing too, hopefully everybody will like it.”

[28/11/09 News] Myolie Wu and Sunny Chan are confident of this drama series
TVB new drama series “A Chip Off The Old Block” will be replacing “Beyond The Realm Of Conscience”. Cast including Ron Ng, Myolie Wu, Sunny Chan, Shirley Yeung, Louis Yuen, Nancy Wu etc attended the promotional event in Central, wearing 40’s and 50’s era costume.
Myolie Wu pointed out that “Chip” and “Beyond” have different storyline. “Chip” is more of a comedy drama, and hopes that everyone will not have pressure watching in, but they should relax, and the ratings will go with the flow. She also said that she was not worried if the series will become a flop, because it is the company’s decision as to when to be broadcasted. They do not have a choice, but the artistes themselves have fulfilled their responsibilities. Myolie also said that all the artistes had a great time working together. In the series, she often con men, just like how Chun Wong and Sunny Chan whom have been cheated by her. Sunny Chan is also confident of this drama series.
