Why not you create another TVB account then? Because when you vote, you should not have any contacts at all. You only need HK ID. So I guess something must be wrong. Try creating a new account.

Yes, I do have a TVB account. I thought I did everything you told me to but I keep getting that. What should I do then? I would like to vote for Myolie.

請輸入你的有效聯絡電話 means “Please enter your valid contact telephone number”, but how come you have this? Because when we vote, we do not have such, we do not even need to enter any contacts. Just our HK ID will do. Do you have a TVB account?

However, when I submit it into the final box at the end of the voting process, it did not work. It send me something like this: 請輸入你的有效聯絡電話！Unfortunately, I do not know Chinese. Can you help me out?
