Chilam Cheung Returns to Music Industry; Aims for HK Coliseum
Chilam Cheung signed with Neway Star today to become a singer, but he modestly denied that he has become the Big Brother of the company. He revealed that he has currently started to record his songs, and will also sing a duet with Myolie Wu. He hopes that he’ll be able to hold a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum next year!

Myolie Wu Wears a Low-Cut Dress and Takes the Lead; Denies Being the Big Sister (Myolie’s Parts Only)
Myolie Wu wore a sexy low-cut dress to attend her recording company’s press conference today. Other singers attending also carefully prepared their outfits, including HotCha’s Crystal’s revealing outfit and Stephanie Cheng’s short dress.
Myolie was the first to perform at the event. When asked whether it’s because her recording company is highly promoting her, she answered: “I’m not the Big Sister, I’m only a ’student’ in my 2nd year!” Myolie also revealed that when duetting with Chilam, she was nearly moved to tears by his voice.

Myolie Wu Performs for the Event’s Opening; Denies being “Big Sister”
Having joined Neway Star last year and consequently becoming Chilam Cheung’s “senior”, Myolie Wu opened today’s event by performing and singing “Long Distance”. When asked whether this implies that she has reached the recording company’s “Big Sister” status, Myolie quickly shook her head and denied this, saying that she is still considered a ‘newcomer’ and is not qualified. She explained that she performed the opening because she had the free time.
Myolie expressed that she will be releasing her second EP in October or November, and mentioned that she was very touched but also under a lot of pressure when working with Chilam. Even though they recorded their duet separately, Myolie revealed that when one of them is inside the studio recording, the other person will stand outside and listen. So while Chilam was the first one to record, Myolie would listen from the outside, and she was moved by his voice. However, when it was her turn to record, she felt a lot of pressure. Fortunately, Chilam was there to encourage her, and she was able to feel more relaxed.
